I just realized it’s been 2 weeks since my last alcoholic beverage.

This is literally the longest I’ve gone without a drink in a year and I didn’t even mean to and I’m feeling pretty proud of that.

Thing I realised:

I can not handle other people’s anger at all.

Yelling, loud, swearing, aggressive anger is fucking scary and it just makes me totally shut down. I’m sure this is most people and not just me, but I just can’t handle that shit at all.
